One of our favourite Gippsland wineries joins us on Saturday 6th December for a lunch to kick off the festive season. This event is not to be missed! 

Joining us from this premium South Gippsland winery is winemaker Marcus Satchwell. Winning many awards for their wines, Dirty 3 is all about the pure expression of the fruit & the 'dirt' in which they were grown. 

For our collaboration lunch we pair the fantastic Dirty 3 wines with a 5-course Summer inspired menu. 

LUNCH INCLUDES:

  • five course menu by chefs, Mark Briggs + Rob Turner (Northern Ground)

  • perfectly paired wines from Dirty 3 wines, including new releases

  • exclusive opportunity to talk with Satch about the winemaking and the beautiful wines

Lightfoot Wines Spring Lunch

On Saturday 13th September, we're serving up a long lunch of spring produce paired with wines from local winery, Lightfoot Wines. 

Showcasing an abundance of styles, we’ll be pouring Lighfoot Vintage Sparkling, Chameleon Blanc de Noir, Home Block Chardonnay, the soon-to-be released Gamay, the new Rogue Syrah and a cheeky Mistelle to finish.

Hosted in the dining room at Sardine Dining, this spring lunch is not to be missed!

LUNCH INCLUDES:

  • Lunch inspired by spring produce, including local seafood, Bulmer Farm's produce & Gippsland meats. 

  • An opportunity to chat to the winemaker & owner of Lightfoot wines.

Pinot Noir Lunch with William Downie

Join us for an exclusive lunch with Gippsland pinot noir maker, Bill Downie on Saturday 26 July 2025.

We are so thrilled to welcome Gippsland winemaking legend William Downie, a true viticulture pioneer known for his incredible pinots, naturally grown to produce the purest expression of its place. 

The five-course menu begins with a few nibbles, followed by 3 savoury courses and dessert to finish. Each course is carefully paired with Bill’s iconic wines.
