Join us for an exclusive lunch with Gippsland pinot noir maker, Bill Downie on Saturday 26 July 2025.
We are so thrilled to welcome Gippsland winemaking legend William Downie, a true viticulture pioneer known for his incredible pinots, naturally grown to produce the purest expression of its place.
The five-course menu begins with a few nibbles, followed by 3 savoury courses and dessert to finish. Each course is carefully paired with Bill’s iconic wines.
